10.Payment method Options:

2). IRDLC - Payment by Irrevocable, Untransferable Documentary Letter of Credit, Confirmed by Top 50 Prime World Bank, 100% at sight in Rizhao, China
11.Procedure：
1). Client issues enquiry and supplier makes soft offer.
2). Buyer issues Letter of Intent on original company letterhead, and it should state the required volume & the target price, include bank details
3). Seller will provide FCO
4). After the buyer confirmed the FCO, Seller issues Draft Contract to buyer for approval.
6). Buyer returns approved draft contract whereupon seller will provide final contract. The signed contract will be sent to the buyer via email and/or Courier.
7). Buyer open Irrevocable, Untransferable Confirmed by Top 50 Prime World Bank，Documentary Letter of Credit, 100% at sight in Rizhao, China issued by the
buyer’s bank in favor of the seller
8). the cement will be shipped to the buyer within 20 days after the seller received and accepted the Documentary Letter of Credit.
